We're delighted to send you the first-ever newsletter from On The Level Brew Co, your friendly neighbourhood microbrewery nestled in the heart of the picturesque Somerset countryside. It's been an incredible journey to get to this point, and we couldn't be more thrilled to share our exciting news with you.

Building our brewery from the ground up has been a labour of love. Countless hours, unwavering dedication, and a strong belief in craftsmanship have gone into every brick, pipe, and tank. We're proud to announce that our efforts have paid off, and we're ready to unveil our first creation: On The Level Pale Ale.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, 15th July, as we prepare to launch On The Level Pale to the world. This golden traditional cask ale is brimming with character and let's be honest, it's dangerously easy to drink! We're talking about the kind of ale that'll make you want to reach for a second glass before you even finish the first. But we won't tell if you won't!
